The Role:

As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work with children presenting with a range of developmental delays and disabilities across the NDIS, Medicare, and private sectors. Your role involves delivering evidence-based, client-centred therapy aimed at enhancing children's functional independence, participation, and quality of life in their everyday environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering targeted intervention plans.
  • Completing Functional Capacity Assessments and reports in line with NDIS requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with families, educators, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
  • Providing therapy in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
  • Supporting children in the development of skills related to sensory processing, motor coordination, emotional regulation, self-care, play, and learning.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and contributing to ongoing goal setting and review.

What We're Looking For:

  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in Paediatric Occupational Therapy
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
